This is a full-time, mid-senior level position based in Denver, CO, with a salary range of $100,000 - $200,000 plus commission.

Job Responsibilities Achieve new business sales targets and retain at least 92% of existing business annually.

Develop and execute sales strategies, research prospects, and conduct client meetings.

Understand USI’s competitive advantages and communicate them effectively.

Participate in industry events, training, and collaborate with teams to maximize client satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications 3+ years of sales experience in insurance brokerage with a proven success record.

Life and Health insurance license required; college degree preferred.

Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits, excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Ability to engage with senior management and build strong client relationships.
