Client Services Administrator Reports To :

  • Director – Rauckman Utility Products Direct Reports :   None FLSA Status : Non-Exempt Employment Type : Full Time Position Overview : Performs all duties as needed for customer service, account management, sales reporting, administrative support, and HR liaison for Belleville facility.

Essential Job Functions :

  • Responsibilities that must be completed Customer Service Responsibilities Prepare quotes Process purchase orders Invoices Issue credit memos / RMA Answer and direct all incoming calls Account Management New customer set-up Collect and maintain tax certificates or tax exemptions Process W-9’s Sales Reporting Generate daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales numbers as requested Monthly commissions report HR Duties Review and submit hourly timesheets for payroll Monitor and institute corporate HR directives Administrative Tasks Monitor and order office supplies Greet visitors Other duties as assigned Training : Several months of on the job training and job shadowing will be provided.

    • Qualifications :

  • Education & Certifications : Associate degree required.  Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.

    • Experience :

  • At least 3 years prior experience in an office environment handling customer service requests, administrative tasks, reporting, etc.
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Access required.

    • Key Competencies :

  • Ability to multi-task, customer service oriented, attention to detail.

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Sitting for 95% of the day.
