Wells Brothers Inc. is currently hiring experienced Industrial Electricians to join our growing team. To be successful in this role, you need to be self-motivated, team orientated, punctual, have a high level of integrity, have the ability and willingness to teach and learn, understand control wiring, able to run EMT and rigid conduit, pull wire and able to read prints.

Essential Duties

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :

• Maintain a low Safety Incident Occurrence History
• Read and understand equipment wiring prints for OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) customers
• Operate Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electric Conduit Benders – size pipe ¾” to 4”
• Install cables and cable trays
• Rough in, device, fixture, and panel connections
• Assist in supervision and training of lower lever employees
