Sanford Clinic Windom, MN is seeking a BC / BE Family Medicine Physician. OB is optional Good variety in practice from adult chronic medical conditions to young couples starting families Nights & weekends supported by telehospitalists Phone call coverage 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month Nursing home responsibility shared with physicians Current services on hospital site include Cardiac Rehab, Chemotherapy and Diabetic Services, ER imaging services with ultrasound and 128-slice CT, PAX system, ER telemetry, IV Infusion, Lab, OT, Speech & Language Rehab / Therapy, and a dietitian on staff. ER is a level 4. Outreach services provided at the hospital include : Allergy asthma / immunology, cardiology, ENT, general surgery, neurology, oncology, ophthalmology, ortho, podiatry, urology and venous disease laser treatment. Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE) : $265,175 - $343,168 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
