We’re seeking experienced Electrical Foremen to lead crews on large-scale retail, grocery, and distribution builds. This role offers above-industry pay, full benefits, and steady year-round work with room for advancement.
The Role
As an Electrical Foreman , you’ll oversee electrical crews, manage project execution, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality installation of electrical systems on commercial projects. You’ll be a key leader on site, responsible for driving productivity, safety, and craftsmanship—primarily on night-shift projects with multi-state travel.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and mentor journeymen, apprentices, and helpers.
- Lead daily safety talks and act as LockOut / TagOut (LOTO) lead.
- Interpret and execute from blueprints, schematics, and one-line drawings.
- Oversee conduit runs, wire pulls, terminations, switch gear, lighting, and controls.
- Coordinate material requisitions, tools, and scheduling for crews.
- Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and cost tracking.
- Enforce compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety protocols.
Requirements
Proven experience as a foreman or crew leader in commercial / industrial electrical construction.Journeyman-level skills (license preferred, not required).Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA, and OSHA standards.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to travel regularly across multiple states.Willingness to work night shifts.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Benefits
