Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Salem, Oregon.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty : Home HealthDiscipline : RNStart Date : ASAPDuration : 13 weeks40 hours per weekShift : 8 hours, daysEmployment Type : TravelRequired Experience : -2 years of experience working with Oasis Documentation and HCHB-2 years of recent Home Health experience (outside of clinicals)-Valid license or compact state-BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross-Ability to provide coverage for the designated territory-Must have reliable transportationDetails : -Paid by hour, not by visit-40 hours guaranteed based on productivity points-13-week contract, with extensions possible-Flexible start date-Ability to work full-time M-F 8-5Home Health RN's visits patients in their home setting providing skilled nursing care to patients. Daily responsibilities include travel to patient homes, accurate documentation, and timely charting using HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and OASIS.
