Long-Lewis of Florence is looking for a motivated and dependable sales consultant to join our team! Most of our sales consultants earn between 90-150k annually, and we pride ourselves for being a no-hassle, no-haggle automotive group of over 110 years.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand and present vehicle features, accessories, pricing, and financing options
- Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Follow up with leads and maintain a customer database (CRM)
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance targets
- Stay current on inventory, industry trends, and dealership promotions
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
