About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse Practitioner for a 20-day locum tenens assignment in Florida, starting Dec 1, 2025, with night shifts from 7p-7a. The ideal candidate will bring recent intubation experience and a strong background in critical care medicine, prepared to deliver high-quality care in a demanding clinical environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform procedures such as arterial lines, central lines, intubations, and ventilator management
  • Deliver advanced critical care to patients with complex cardiac and medical needs
  • Apply clinical judgment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all clinical activities

    • Additional Information

  • Must have a current Florida license
  • Board Certification required : Critical Care Medicine; Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (ACNP-BC)
  • Must be Board Certified
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
  • Must provide a recent 20-case log documenting completed intubations within the last 12 months
  • Critical care and cardiac experience preferred
