A global leader in manufacturing systems and automation is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their energetic finance team. This hands-on role will focus on invoicing, reconciliations, month-end close, variance analysis, and project cost accounting. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, ERP experience, and a solid foundation in US GAAP. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement - 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice internal and external clients and validate input in the accounting system.
• Review transactions and follow up on discrepancies.
• Participate in the month-end close process.
• Prepare month-end general ledger reconciliations and revenue recognition.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Organize and analyze financial data on labor, materials, and third-party equipment costs in projects.
• Support the calculation of standard labor and overhead costs.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Provide audit support by preparing documentation and explanations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Logistics, Sales, and Organizational Development.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting and additional duties as required.
