Role Overview :

We’re hiring an in-house Product Manager to own RCM products and interoperability tools. You’ll work onsite in Fairfield County, CT, directly with leadership, engineering, operations, and clinical teams.

Responsibilities :

• Define and lead product roadmap for RCM & integration features
• Architect workflows for eligibility, billing, denial handling, collections
• Drive requirements and specs for HL7 / FHIR, 270 / 271, 835 / 837 integrations
• Partner with engineering, UX, QA, and go-to-market teams
• Track metrics like claim acceptance, A / R days, and collection rates
• Present product updates to leadership & customers
