A company is looking for a Good Hands Repair Network Administrative Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers by providing updates on their repair status and addressing inquiries
Coordinate with repair shops to ensure quality repairs and negotiate pricing for parts and services
Collaborate with leadership to enhance repair efficiency and improve customer experience
Required Qualifications
Auto technical repair knowledge in a collision repair setting
Experience with auto estimating programs, such as CCC One
Strong background in auto damage analysis (12 months preferred)
Prior experience writing estimates for insurance preferred shops
Ability to discern related and unrelated damages in repair processes
