Job Description

ComResource is looking for an Information Security Engineer.

We need someone to assist in securing infrastructure by implementing and maintaining systems such as WAF, bot mitigation, API gateways, and CDN services while ensuring compliance and resilience.

Responsibilities :

  • Plan, design, install, and maintain security systems and configurations
  • Configure and manage WAF, bot mitigation, certificates, and proxy systems
  • Partner with application teams to integrate secure infrastructure services
  • Analyze network traffic for malicious activity and tune mitigations
  • Monitor, report, and respond to security anomalies and incidents
  • Define and review security requirements against established standards
  • Research and recommend secure solutions aligned with business needs
  • Ensure alignment with compliance frameworks and best practices

Essentials :

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, CS, or related field
  • Strong background in information security practices and infrastructure support
  • Hands-on experience with networking (TCP / UDP, HTTP / HTTPS, DNS, CDN architecture)
  • Knowledge of AWS, Python, and Java
  • Experience with vulnerability analysis and incident response

    • Desired :

  • CISSP certification
  • Experience with audit, compliance, and risk analysis
  • Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
