Property Administrator, Operations

Baceline Group is the largest owner and operator of small format, necessity-based Neighborhood Shopping Centers across the United States. We are seeking to fill the position of a Property Manager to join our Asset Management team. This position will be remote in Minneapolis, MN.

The ideal candidate will have property management experience and / or knowledge, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal teams. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible

Routine Site Visits /

Inspect and evaluate the propertys condition, maintain its aesthetics, document findings and recommendations, resolve property issues, and collaborate with relevant teams on operational updates.

Oversee rent collection, interpret and explain tenant ledgers, maintain strong tenant relationships through regular visits, address concerns or lease issues, and ensure effective communication, customer service, and a solid understanding of CAM estimates, forecasts, and lease administration.

Request, evaluate, and manage vendor bids, contracts, and relationships for various services, ensuring quality work, accurate contract compliance, and effective vendor selection, while also overseeing ongoing and emergency services.

Support Regional Asset

Support the RAM by managing tenant and property legal processes, insurance claims, financial administration, budgeting and forecasting, invoice approvals, and operating expense oversight for the property portfolio.

Collaboration with Property Accounting, Construction, Leasing, Acquisitions &

Collaborate with Property Accounting, Construction Management, Leasing, and other teams to support tenant onboarding, renewals, lease negotiations, and acquisitions while leveraging knowledge of building systems, lease language, and market trends.

2+ years of property management experience (commercial / retail experience preferred but not required)
