Warehouse Picker / Packer Associate

Twin City Staffing is seeking a warehouse picker / packer associate to join our team in Maple Lake, MN. In this role, you will help ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations, maintaining accurate inventory and timely handling of products. This is a great opportunity to grow within a positive and collaborative work environment.

Location : Maple Lake, MN

Wage : $17 $19 / hr. (DOE)

Hours : 7 : 00 AM 3 : 00 PM, Monday Friday

Responsibilities of the warehouse picker / packer associate :

Accurately receive and label incoming products with correct part numbers

Sort and organize products to their appropriate locations within the warehouse

Conduct cycle counts and maintain precise inventory records

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to transport materials safely

Document product movement and track inventory locations

Prepare and verify outgoing shipments

Assist with loading and unloading trucks at the docks

Requirements of the warehouse picker / packer associate :

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

At least 1 year of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment

Ability to operate a forklift (training available for the right candidate)

Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation

Basic math skills for accurate counting and measurement

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
