$15.75 to $17.73 per hour!

The Lead Associate, Footwear is responsible for the achievement of store footwear sales by providing the customer with an exceptional shopping experience. The Lead Associate, Footwear maximizes footwear sales by delivering efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable service and ensuring the store is neat, clean, and well-presented at all times.

We count on our Lead Associate, Footwear to :

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience that is unique to Under Armour
• Bring out the best in each customer by suggesting the right footwear based on their needs
• Coach fellow teammates on footwear products and best-selling practices
• Stock, straighten, and clean the store
• Assist in fulfilling omnichannel orders

The Lead Associate, Footwear supports the achievement of store sales and KPI targets by modeling brand values, leveraging product knowledge, and selling skills to provide Athletes a unique experience when visiting Under Armour. The Lead Associate, Footwear uses product knowledge expertise and operational experience support to other teammates.

Basic numeracy and literacy, active listening & communication skills, fluency in local language, proficient in use of computers and other technology, ability to establish interpersonal relationships, collaborate in a team environment, ability to perform tasks in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment, limited understanding of business acumen, demonstrated critical thinking to solve routine problems, basic prioritizing & planning skills.

One year experience of working in a sports / apparel & footwear retail environment, high school education or equivalent, availability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Ability to handle or relocate products up to 25 lbs / 12kgs, able to stand and move about for extended periods of time with short breaks to handle products, ability to freely access all areas of the store; including the selling floor, stock and register area, reasonable accommodations may be made to assist in performing the essential responsibilities.
