Construction Laborer

Ryder is immediately hiring permanent full-time Construction Laborers to ensure expert craftsmanship at our warehouse manufacturing facility in San Antonio, Texas. Manufacturing and Construction positions pay weekly.

Hourly Pay $15.00 per hour

Schedule : Second Shift Monday - Friday 5 : 00 pm - 1 : 30 am

We want the right Manufacturing Employee to join us at Ryder and work with State of the Art Equipment in the Safest Environment. Products Being Handled : Pallets, lumber.

Various construction, building, carpentry, manufacturing, warehouse, Skilled and Semi-Skilled Labor roles at Ryder support distribution across the US.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

1 to 2 years or more in working in a fast-paced environment preferred

0 to 1 year in Carpentry, Manufacturing Environment preferred

Ability to comprehend basic math

Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs

Ability to operate power tools in a safe manner

Ability to follow inspecting process

Able to work at a steady, fast pace

Responsibilities

Load material on and off skids, pallets, and stands

Identifies, examines, accepts, rejects and disposes of material used in construction and repair of pallets

Uses basic processes of inspection / examination procedures for material

Operate tools and equipment in performance of work assignments

Prepare labels as required

Performs other duties as assigned
