Purchasing Documentation Assistant - Temporary

About the Role :
We are assisting a well-established organization with a short-term project focused on scanning and organizing critical purchasing documentation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, is detail-oriented, and can handle high volumes of paper-based records efficiently and confidentially.
Responsibilities :
Scan and digitize large volumes of purchasing-related documents.
Sort, organize, and prepare physical files for scanning.
Ensure scanned files are properly named, stored, and backed up.
Use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) to track progress and file metadata.
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workspace throughout the project.
Work efficiently under minimal supervision to meet the 3-week project timeline.
Qualifications :
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Quick learner and ability to follow set procedures consistently.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Able to manage repetitive tasks with focus and accuracy.
Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information.
High school diploma or equivalent.
