About Us

At AHL Healthcare Group, our Adult Foster Care division, At Home Living, is committed to providing high-quality, person-centered care in a home-like setting. Our programs are small, four-bedroom residential homes designed to promote independence while ensuring safety, support, and well-being.

About the Role

As a Program Coordinator, you will :

Lead and inspire a team of direct support professionals to provide outstanding care

Oversee daily operations to ensure a safe and fulfilling home environment

Coordinate individualized care plans that promote independence and personal growth

Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and maintain high-quality standards

Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers

Position Details

Location : Ned's Ranch - East Bethel, MN

Schedule : Flexible based on house needs

7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM

8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM

Compensation : $21.00 per hour

Education & Experience (Must meet ONE of the following) :

Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field and 1 year of full-time work experience

Associate's degree in a human services-related field and 2 years of full-time work experience

Diploma in a human services-related field and 3 years of full-time work experience

50+ hours of human services-related training and 4 years of full-time work experience under supervision

( Experience must include direct care services for individuals with disabilities or seniors aged 65+ )

Additional Requirements :

Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED

Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and ability to pass MVR check

Pass MN DHS Background Study

Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) and basic computer use
