IT Project Manager – ServiceTitan & Sage Intacct (Fully Remote after 2 months)

Location : 100% Remote (with travel to Tampa, FL or West Palm Beach, FL once / week for first 2 months)

Travel : 1–2 days / week to West Palm Beach or Tampa, FL (initially); occasional travel to Texas (Dallas, Houston, San Antonio) or Virginia (Richmond, Chesapeake) is a plus

Compensation : $90,000 – $130,000 annually (depending on experience)

Employment Type : Full-time

Role Summary :

We are seeking a hands-on IT Project Manager with deep expertise in ServiceTitan and Sage Intacct to lead the migration of a recently acquired 120-employee company from an older Sage system. This role is critical to ensuring a successful go-live by January 1st of the new year .

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical proficiency with project management skills —capable of both architecting solutions and “rolling up their sleeves” to troubleshoot, configure, and support systems. Long-term, this individual may become our in-house ServiceTitan subject matter expert, reducing reliance on external vendors and ensuring continuous improvement across our operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead System Migration : Manage and execute the migration of the acquired company’s data and employees from an older Sage system into ServiceTitan and Sage Intacct .
  • Integration & Training : Support ServiceTitan integrations, conduct user training, and provide ongoing education to ensure adoption and effective system use.
  • Technical Troubleshooting : Proactively diagnose, resolve, and recode technical issues related to ServiceTitan and Sage Intacct.
  • Internal Subject Matter Expert : Serve as a trusted in-house authority on ServiceTitan, improving responsiveness compared to external vendor support.
  • Project Management : Define timelines, deliverables, and milestones for the migration project to ensure the January 1st deadline is met.
  • Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to optimize processes, workflows, and data integrity across ServiceTitan and Sage Intacct platforms.

Qualifications & Experience

Required :

  • Proven expertise in ServiceTitan (system integrations, configurations, and troubleshooting).
  • Strong proficiency with Sage Intacct .
  • Experience leading technical system migrations and integrations.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels—planning projects while directly executing technical work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience as a Technical Project Manager , Systems Integrator , or similar role.
  • Preferred :

  • Background in service industries (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or residential contracting).
  • Based in Florida (West Palm Beach or Tampa preferred), Texas, or Virginia where physical offices are located
  • Prior experience working in a private equity-backed growth environment .
  • Success Metrics – First 6 Months :

  • Successfully migrate the acquired company’s operations into ServiceTitan and Sage Intacct by the January 1st go-live deadline.
  • Deliver effective training and integration support to ensure user adoption.
  • Establish yourself as the internal go-to resource for ServiceTitan troubleshooting and support.
