Your Role :

In this role, you will provide a wide range of services, from companion care to personal care, including :

  • Building genuine connections through conversation and companionship.
  • Assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation.
  • Providing respectful personal care, including dressing, bathing, toileting, and incontinence care including changing adult diapers.
  • Following individual care plans with a proactive and attentive approach.

  • Pay Rate :   $18.50 - $19.25 per hour (determined by a skills test) Overtime Opportunities :   Overtime often available paying up to $28.87 per hour!

    • Work Location & Schedule :

  • Where You'll Work :  You will provide care in clients' homes throughout  Vallejo, Benicia, Fairfield, Suisun, and occasionally Vacaville.

    • Flexible Schedules :

  • We work with you to create a schedule that fits your life.
  • Must have at least 16 hours of availability per week.

    • Our Home Office :

  • Our office is in  Vacaville, CA .
  • You will only need to visit for your in-person interview, orientation, 90-day review, and annual reviews.
  • The rest of your meaningful work happens in our clients' homes.

    • Join Our Team If You Have :

  • A valid California driver's license (Must be California unless you also have a military ID)  A vehicle that is registered and insured (Required).
  • Proof of current auto insurance and registration (Required).
  • English proficiency and excellent communication skills (Required).
  • Proof of a clear TB test taken within the last 90 days (Required).
  • The ability to pass a background check.
  • At least one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting (Preferred, but a big heart can go a long way!). (Some benefits have specific eligibility requirements, which we are happy to discuss during your interview and / or orientation.) Ready to Make a Difference?
