Job Title : Welder – 3rd Shift

Primary Activities / Duties :
- Perform MIG welding operations to support the production schedule.
- Weld base frames and other metal components according to specifications.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards.
- Meet or exceed targets for quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with peers and supervisors to maintain workflow.
- Participate in weekly Rittal Production System (RPS) meetings.
- Continuously improve welding skills and overall competencies.
- Support and drive 6S activities to maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Experience :
High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.Minimum of 1 year of welding experience or completion of a certified welding training program.Ability to read and interpret blueprints is strongly preferred.Familiarity with basic welding tools, techniques, and safety procedures.Physical Requirements :
Stand at the weld station throughout the work shift.Walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently during the shift.Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds to waist level; frequently lift 25–40 pounds to waist level and up to 25 pounds above the shoulders.Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to changing assignments and multitask effectively.Safety Requirements :
