  • $1000 hiring bonus available. $500 paid out after 90 days employment, $500 paid out at 1 year employment.

Are you looking for a position with a high level of customer service in a cooperative team-oriented work environment?

Our team of cashiers are passionate about providing excellent customer service and enjoy daily interactions with people in our community.

The Cashier position involves fast-paced, detail-oriented processing of transactions with accuracy and efficiency at check out. They enjoy working with customers and a close team of staff. Cashiers provide information about becoming a member as well as store policies and procedures with a friendly welcoming attitude. There are occasional opportunities to assist in other departments based on the needs of the store including grocery, bulk, produce, and the deli.

Our ideal candidate has :

  • Retail experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Money handling experience
  • Demonstrated efficient service experience with a high level of accuracy
  • Flexibility when service priorities shift during the day
  • Knowledge of natural foods with a desire to learn more

    • This position offers part-time or full time hours with a set weekly schedule of 16-32 hours. Benefits include medical, optional dental and vision insurance, 20% store discount, 3+ weeks paid time off, profit-sharing bonus, 401k and more!
