Salina Regional Health Center , in Salina, KS , is now seeking a BE / BC Internal Medicine, Med / Peds or Family Medicine physician to join our hospitalist team!

Hospitalist Team -

• Ten hospitalists on staff + 1 APP ( positions open for one day shift and one nocturnist position)
• Strong team culture that values collaboration!
• Share call with a team of 4 physicians from 7 am to 7 pm, NO OVERNIGHT CALL unless hired as a nocturnist
• Enjoy the balance of community, family & career with a schedule of 7 days on / 7 days off
• Ability to make extra income by picking up additional hospitalist, pediatric hospitalist, inpatient rehab, or urgent care shifts; dependent upon training.
• Unique opportunity to live in a mid-sized community but see the pathology of a larger city
• Hybrid ICU w / intensivist and pulmonologist coverage; procedures and rounding in ICU optional
• Average patient encounters are 14 -16; capped at 20 patient encounters per day
