The Senior Financial Analyst partners with plant leadership and business segment leaders to provide financial insights that drive operational and strategic results. This role links financial performance with operational outcomes, supporting both near-term goals and long-range business objectives. The successful candidate will be resourceful, organized, and a natural problem solver who can balance multiple priorities while maintaining a commitment to ethics and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with plant leadership to identify opportunities that improve quality, productivity, delivery, inventory optimization, and profitability.
  • Provide financial analysis to support business decisions, capital investments, and operational improvements.
  • Deliver daily reporting, monthly forecasts, and annual financial planning.
  • Lead the capital appropriation process and conduct post-project reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate financial reporting requirements and internal controls.
  • Analyze performance metrics and connect operational drivers to financial results.
  • Communicate financial results and forecasts clearly, enabling effective decision-making across leadership teams.
  • Translate financial data into actionable business insights, telling the “story” behind the numbers.
  • Engage with operations on the shop floor to strengthen understanding of business processes and performance impacts.

  • Qualifications

    Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of finance or accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • U.S. work authorization (visa sponsorship not available).
  • Preferred

  • CPA, CMA, or MBA credentials.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial systems such as Essbase, Hyperion, or Oracle.
  • Strong ability to query databases and create custom reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
