RN - Cath Lab / EP Tech

Description : RESPONSIBLE FOR :

RN preferred, will consider Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES)

Assists the physician in the performance of invasive cardiac / electrophysiology procedures. Has thorough knowledge of all Cath Lab / EP Equipment and maintenance of it and administers direct / indirect care to patients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures. Able to provide direct and indirect cardiovascular clinical care during established procedures. Qualifications :

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED :

Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES)

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

2 years Cath Lab Tech Experience

MINIMUM LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW :

Current Georgia RN license, RCIS or RCES

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :

BCLS and ACLS
