Radiology Technologist – Full Time

Location : Cozad, NE

Employment Type : Full-Time

Sign-On Bonus : $5,000

Schedule : 36–40 hours / week, on-call one day / week and every 4th or 5th weekend

Position Summary :

Seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in support of patient care. This role offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a supportive work environment focused on high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform radiologic studies as ordered by physicians.
  • Assess patient condition and ensure proper handling during procedures.
  • Operate radiographic equipment (X-Ray, CT, Mammography, Ultrasound) in accordance with ALARA standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and infection control guidelines.
  • Provide respectful and compassionate care to all patients.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program.
  • Current ARRT registration or registry eligible.
  • Licensed in a radiology-related field in Nebraska.
  • BLS (CPR) certification required; ACLS preferred.
  • Proficient in medical terminology and radiologic procedures.
