Currently, they are seeking a Commercial Producer to join their team in the Southwest region, focusing on expanding their presence in Las Vegas and Phoenix.

Responsibilities

• Generate own prospects, network, establish credibility, build strong relationships and pipelines, consult on business, and close deals.
• Review client exposures, loss experience, current coverages, and recommend appropriate products and services annually.
• Create and present proposals to prospective clients.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
