Salary :

We are seeking an experienced and driven Thru Tubing Sales Representative to join our Permian Basin team. This individual will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, promoting thru tubing services and downhole tools, and driving revenue growth across key accounts in the region. The ideal candidate has a strong technical understanding of thru tubing operations, a solid customer network in the Permian, and a proven record of sales success within oilfield services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with operators, production companies, and service partners in the Permian Basin.
  • Promote the companys thru tubing services, downhole tools, and intervention solutions to new and existing customers.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, prepare technical proposals, and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
  • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and executed safely and efficiently.
  • Provide technical presentations, tool run reviews, and post-job performance evaluations to clients.
  • Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and customer budgets to develop regional sales strategies.
  • Maintain CRM records, forecast sales activity, and report on market trends and revenue performance.
  • Support client field operations as needed to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum5 years of experience in thru tubing, coiled tubing, or downhole intervention sales in the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of thru-tubing tools, milling and fishing applications, and well intervention operations.
  • Established customer relationships within Permian Basin operators and service companies.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel throughout the Permian region.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous field experience in thru tubing or coiled tubing operations.
  • Experience with tool string design, BHA optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Bachelors degree in Petroleum Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred but not required).
