  • IT Security Designation : None
  • Investigation Required : Tier 2 (T2)
  • IA Technical / Management Designation : None
  • Commercial (Baseline) Certificates : not
  • Experience in this Discipline : Five (5) years of experience demonstrating the required
  • Minimum Education : Bachelors' degree and / or
  • Functional Responsibility : Install, manage, and optimize medical computer systems in support of clinical workspace workflow. Performs workflow analysis for application development and functional analysis to assure quality controls regarding interaction / dependencies between software application data, security controls, and environment infrastructure.

OTHER SILLS, TASKS AND RESPONSIBLITIES THE CONTRACT EMPLOYEE SHALL PERFORM BUT NOT LIMITED TO :

  • The role is responsible for performing business analysis, workflow design and project coordination supporting a wide range of functions, including clinical trial start-up and trial
  • Meets with customer to analyze workflows for EHR
  • Creates workflows for customers with EHR
  • Manage ticket queue and address customer issues with the service level
  • Test new hardware and software systems and packages prior to
  • Experience with project management, time management, and good coordination skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal
  • Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with Executives and as well as systems users both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work well in an organization and coordinate across various groups and functional
