• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.\n
• Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.\n\nRequirements\n
• Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license (required for submission).\n
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.\n
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.\n
• 6 months between Staff at Program : Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - South\n\nPre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.\n\nAdditional Details\n\nRequired Credentials : \n\nDriver's License / State ID\n\nCertification Successful completion of a rhythm test\n\nSpecial Requests\n\nAll jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week.\n\nCurrent Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.\n\nIn order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match address on drivers license.\n\nDriver License is required for RN / LPN / PTs working on a compact license.\n\nAscension Health does not accept vaccine / TDAP declinations.\n\nFloating Requirements : Travelers may be asked to float to different units or facilities within a 35-mile radius of their original assignment. Floating will be based on staffing needs, patient census, and acuity. Travelers will always be notified before their scheduled shift if a float assignment is required.\n\n7 days maximum time off\n\n2 references from any number of months (Charge / Lead reference type) - required after submission\n\nProof of identification required for submission\n\nCertifications\n
