Applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED.

Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.

Before hire, applicants must pass a drug screening, complete a background release form, a credit information disclosure form and demonstrate that they hold a current valid Ohio driver's license.

(Please note : With the addition of our dispatch center providing dispatching services for the Village of Leetonia a $2.25 per hour pay supplement is added to the dispatcher wage rate and shall continue while those services are being provided to the Village of Leetonia. If those dispatching services were discontinued that pay supplement would cease.

At the discretion of the Employer, a newly hired employee may be placed at a wage step commensurate with such employee's prior, certifiable experience. The advanced step placement shall be made at the time of original appointment.
