The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) role is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. We're proud to serve over nine million clients. Job Overview

As a Branch Office Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You'll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience.

We'll give you the support you need. Our team will be there every step of the way, providing :

  • Comprehensive 6-month training including an experienced peer to help mentor you
  • A wide support network that extends from your branch office to your region to the home office
  • You'll often work independently but will have a team of thousands backing you every step of the way

  • Competitive Compensation :

  • Hiring Minimum : $21.38
  • Hiring Maximum : $22.71

  • Client Service : Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions

  • Administrative & Operational Support : Strong ability to work independently at the direction of the financial advisor
  • Technology : Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs
