Position Summary :

We are seeking a knowledgeable and hands-on Commercial Sheet Metal Foreman to lead our crews on complex commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with architectural sheet metal systems, strong leadership skills, and a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise crews installing standing seam roofing, wall panels, soffit, fascia, and ACM systems.
• Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
• Maintain a safe and organized job site in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades.
• Track labor, materials, and job progress; report updates regularly.
• Mentor and train crew members to ensure high-quality workmanship and safety compliance.
• Assist in recruiting and developing new sheet metal team members as the department grows.
