This role is ideal for a highly skilled engineer passionate about ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of critical infrastructure systems. You will design, implement, and maintain essential systems supporting operational continuity, collaborating with cross-functional teams to anticipate vulnerabilities and optimize performance. Accountabilities

In this role, you will :

  • Design, implement, and maintain critical systems infrastructure to ensure high reliability and performance.
  • Provide engineering and design support for new construction, facility expansions, and equipment replacements or repairs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate system vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and implement contingency plans to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Provide technical support for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and optimization efforts.
  • Monitor and review operational reports, providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP), methods of procedures (MOP), and formal change control processes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent certifications in HVAC or critical power systems.
  • Proven experience designing and maintaining critical systems infrastructure, including MEP systems in operational facilities and data centers.
  • Extensive knowledge of electricity and medium / low voltage electrical distribution systems.
  • Hands-on experience with emergency backup systems (generators, UPS, battery backup) and HVAC systems.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining Building Management and Monitoring Systems.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications rooms (MDF / IDF) and data centers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to execute complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proactive approach to innovation and cost optimization.
