We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Director of Customer Communications Management (CCM) to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of modern, high-impact customer communication solutions. This role will oversee multiple development teams and collaborate closely with product managers, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure communications are timely, personalized, and aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of Quadient Inspire and OpenText Exstream platforms and is passionate about evolving customer communications into a competitive advantage through automation, integration, and customer-centric design.
