Job Summary
The Quality Improvement Specialist will provide quantitative and qualitative programmatic and data analysis support to the clinical enterprises and its growing portfolio of quality initiatives within the Department of Medicine and its Divisions, with attention to the Division of Hospital Medicine at ZSFG. This role integrates data analytics, support of strategic planning, and program oversight, ensuring the effective implementation and evaluation of quality improvement efforts across inpatient care settings. This position will liaise with other support roles of the outpatient care settings. The incumbent will manage hospital data sources, develop analytic datasets; and provide consultative support as needed. Additionally, they will identify resource needs, support project implementation and contribute data analytics in support departmental / divisional strategy. The incumbent must be able to carry out multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining critical attention to detail.
The salary range for this position is $100,300 - $150,500 (Annual Rate).

The Department of Medicine (DOM) is the largest department at San Francisco General Hospital (SFGH) and the second largest department in the School of Medicine (second only to Medicine-Parnassus).
