Examinetics is hiring a Staff Accountant to join our team! This is a full time role based out of our Overland Park, KS office and will be responsible for various accounting duties including daily and period-end closing journal entries, period-end close procedures, and general ledger account analysis.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Preparation of daily and period-end journal entries.
  • Recording of daily cash activities, preparation of cash reports.
  • Reconciliation of bank statements.
  • General Ledger account reconciliation and analysis.
  • Posting of payroll activity.
  • Preparation of reports and / or schedules as needed.
  • Provide back-up support for Accounts Receivable and Payroll positions.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years experience as a Staff Accountant.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
