Projects Coordinator

The Missouri Bar seeks a highly organized and motivated special projects coordinator to provide administrative and technical support for special committees and projects, with a primary focus on the Judicial Performance Review (JPR) Committee. This position serves as the main liaison for committee leadership, coordinating meetings, preparing materials, managing logistics, and ensuring projects are completed on time.

Qualified candidates will have at least five years of administrative or project coordination experience (an associate degree may substitute for some experience), strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms. Prior experience supporting boards or committees is preferred. Some travel and occasional after-hours work required.
