Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects from inbound leads and personal outreach.
  • Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend personalized coverage solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Allstate insurance products and underwriting requirements.
  • Participate in community networking events and team meetings to build your presence.

Requirements

  • Ohio Property & Casualty License (preferred) training and licensing support available.
  • 1+ years of successful sales experience (insurance, automotive, financial, or retail).
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up on leads daily.
  • Driven by results and motivated by commission-based earnings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
