About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience

License : Valid state license required, pending licenses accepted with conditions

Certifications : BLS, PALS

Must-Have : Pediatric cardiac experience preferred

Description :

Clinical review required.

This is a 13-week assignment with designated start dates only.

Candidates must work two out of three winter holidays.

Every other weekend is required.

Must have experience with pediatric critical care patients.

Experience with advanced medical procedures and equipment is essential.

Candidates should have expertise in ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and infection control.

Candidates must be able to administer medications and manage critical care interventions.

Experience with charting systems is preferred.

Must be available for rotating shifts or straight nights including every other weekend.

A high patient-to-nurse ratio is maintained in critical care settings.

Ability to float to different units within scope of practice may be required.

Strong clinical judgment and proactivity in patient care activities are expected.

Interdisciplinary support is available, including physical therapy and respiratory services.

Additional training may be provided based on specific procedural needs.

High acuity and diverse patient diagnoses are consistent in this practice area.

Candidates will be expected to maintain quality care and adhere to safety protocols consistently.

Documentation, compliance, and communication with the healthcare team are essential responsibilities.
