ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

We have been engaged by a client in Central CT on an AP opportunity. This is a long-standing client, that we have a great relationship with! Currently the Accounting Manager is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. The Accounts Payable Specialist role is open due to growth and an internal promotion! Responsibilities will include :

  • Process a high volume of complex invoices for Accounts Payable
  • Cut checks, up to 75 per week
  • Prepare and post Journal Entries
  • Reconciliations
  • Travel & Expense processing
  • Assist with accounting projects

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years experience in Accounts Payable
  • Strong technical skills (ERP exp and MS Excel) with ability to pick up quickly
  • Attention to detail is key! Looking for someone organized, deadline driven, and motivated

    • Pay : $22.00-$27.00 / hr
