We’re looking for a dedicated hands-on Operations Front-of-House Supervisor to work with our restaurant team and

What You’ll Do :
Lead daily FOH operations with a hands-on approach
Create a welcoming environment with consistent, high-quality guest service
Support, train, and coach team members on service standards and procedures
Ensure the restaurant stays spotless, organized, and guest-ready
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solution-first mindset
Oversee opening / closing duties and inventory restocking
Work closely with the BOH Supervisor and team
What We’re Looking For :
Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role (restaurant or hospitality preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Professional and positive attitude and reliable work ethic
Passion for guest service and team success
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
