Customer Service Advocate I (Bilingual - Spanish Required)
Location : Remote (Excluding New York, Connecticut, and California)
Pay Rate : $15.50 / hr (General), $17.50 / hr for candidates residing in Tempe, AZ
Shift :
Training : 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM CST (2 weeks, must attend fully)
Nesting : 11 : 30 AM - 8 : 00 PM CST (3 weeks)
Production : Open availability and flexibility required (mid-shift focus; must be available for weekends and holidays as part of a 24 / 7 operation)
Position Summary :
Dean's Professional Services is actively seeking a Bilingual (Spanish / English) Customer Service Advocate I to join a remote, high-performing healthcare contact center team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to members and providers by resolving inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the first point of contact for member and provider inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
Identify and resolve basic issues, escalating complex concerns when appropriate.
Accurately document all interactions and information in the CRM system for quality and performance tracking.
Meet or exceed established call center performance and quality standards.
Maintain current knowledge of company policies, compliance requirements, and quality expectations.
Prevent and resolve complaints at the first point of contact whenever possible.
Perform other duties as assigned to support department objectives.
Qualifications :
Required : High School Diploma or GED
Experience : 3-6 months of customer service or call center experience required
Language : Must be fluent in Spanish and English ( ASSESSMENT REQUIRED )
Minimum typing speed of 30+ WPM
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
