Are you a leader ready to make a profound impact in the lives of those who served our nation? The Veterans Administration (VA) Central California Health Care System is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief of Surgery to join our team in Fresno, CA.
Position Overview
As the Chief of Surgery, you will oversee and lead a dynamic, multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing world-class surgical care to our veterans. This pivotal role combines clinical excellence with administrative leadership, offering the opportunity to innovate and shape the future of surgery at one of the VA s premier facilities. In addition, this position includes a faculty appointment with the University of San Francisco at Fresno , providing opportunities to engage in academic medicine, mentor the next generation of surgeons, and participate in research and education initiatives.
Compensation
- Salary Range : $350,000 to $400,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
- Performance Bonus : May include up to $15,000 annually based on meeting performance goals.
- Sign-On Bonus : Candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
