Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor with minimum 5 years of experience.  Will be responsible for training and leading a team of technicians to handle all maintenance tasks for Houston area locations, maintaining schedules and work orders, keeping records up to date, and work with outside contractors.  Must have knowledge of building maintenance to include repairs and maintenance to HVAC systems, electrical components, address plumbing issues, and basic carpentry.  Must have valid DL.
