Responsibilities

• Email Strategy & Execution : Develop and manage a global email marketing calendar for the U.S. and EU markets. Plan and execute high-impact campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and customer retention.
• Project Management : Own timelines and workback schedules for asset collection, coding, testing, QA, and deployment. Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards.
• Email Development & Testing : Build and code responsive emails using HTML within Pardot. QA and mobile test all emails to ensure optimal performance across devices and platforms.
• Audience Segmentation & List Management : Collaborate with the digital team and sales to build and maintain automated segmented lists. Manage list hygiene, including opt-outs and bounce backs.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization : Monitor KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Provide regular reporting and insights to inform strategy and improve performance through A / B testing and best practices.
• Creative Collaboration : Work closely with the Studio, Flexjet's in-house design team, to concept and refine email layouts that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Customer Lifecycle Engagement : Research customer behavior and lifecycle stages to identify the most effective email touchpoints. Develop strategies to nurture leads and increase retention.
• Cross-Functional Support : Support internal and external communications across Flexjet and sister brands within the Directional Aviation portfolio. Collaborate with Business Development and other departments to align messaging and goals.
