Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator located in the Charlotte area. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for construction projects, analyzing project requirements, reviewing and interpreting plans and specifications, coordinating with project teams, and managing bid processes. The Estimator will also ensure that all estimates are accurate, detailed, and delivered in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing cost estimates and analyzing project requirements
• Understanding of construction plans and specifications
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Experience in the commercial construction industry is a plus
