The Opportunity

We’re looking for Machine Operators (experienced and trainees) who are eager to learn a skilled trade. This is an on-the-job training role where you’ll develop the hands-on skills needed to run high-end finishing equipment. Prior experience isn’t required - what matters most is your mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and desire to grow .

🕒 2nd Shift : Monday - Friday, 3 PM - 11 PM - $0.75 per hour differential!

What You'll Learn & Do

Set up and operate finishing equipment under trainer guidance
Perform required quality checks and basic troubleshooting
Clean, adjust, and lubricate equipment to keep it running smoothly
Protect equipment, company property, and customer materials
Accurately complete job tickets and documentation
Communicate with supervisors and team members to meet schedules

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong attention to detail and quality

Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Ability to read and follow instructions / job tickets

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation

Positive, team-oriented approach and eagerness to learn a trade
