job_description.job_card.job_descriptionSupport production with their use of high precision cutting tools such as drills, reamers, taps, mills, etc Coordinate projects and communicate findings. Some examples are : Develop, test, and implement tool improvements to yield cost savings for end user Lead collaborative meetings with customer Work closely with customer engineering department to support tooling suggestions and alterations Review all premature tooling and perform root cause analysis following 5Y / 8D principles Drive scrap reduction and improve machining up-time for customer Retirement Plans Life / Disability Coverage Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage Paid time off Paid Maternity Leave Gym Reimbursement
