About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Specialty Designer to join our BIM department. This position plays a key role in bridging the gap between conceptual project designs and fabrication-ready models. You'll work directly with estimators and project managers to develop accurate 3D models for a variety of projects in the pre-fabrication design phase.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with estimators and project managers to interpret preliminary project concepts.
Develop 3D models using Autodesk Inventor.
Produce accurate, fabrication-ready designs aligned with project timelines and specifications.
Maintain and organize digital design files and documentation.

Qualifications :

Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor.

Entry-level candidates will be considered; prior experience is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.

Preferred Qualifications :

Completion of coursework or formal training in 3D modeling, mechanical design, or a related field.

Familiarity with construction or fabrication processes.
